Indian Rocks Beach, FL

 Indian Rocks Beach, or IRB, is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. Indian Rocks Beach is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL Metropolitan Statistical Area. Located on the barrier island Sand Key, it has over two miles of beach along the Gulf of Mexico, with 26 public beach accesses.

Indian Rocks Beach, on Florida’s Gulf Coast, is a laid-back, quiet destination within easy driving distance of bigger cities like Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

The small barrier island community of Indian Rocks Beach is close enough to the metropolitan centers of Tampa and Clearwater to serve as a “base of operations” for your Florida vacation experience, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to provide a unique, rural allure. Vacation Guide

 A brief drive away from Indian Rocks Beach brings tourists to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa International Airport. Slightly further away, guests of Indian Rocks Beach vacation cabins and homes can visit Disney World, SeaWorld, or the Epcot Center. There are arts and crafts gatherings that this town hosts annually, and there are nearly two dozen golf courses in the surrounding area. Caladesi Island State Park and Honeymoon Island State Park are about fifteen minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach, and several museums are located in nearby St. Petersburg and Tampa.
